KARACHI: Top seeds Tayyab Aslam and Muhammad Imad have secured their places in the final of the ninth Jahangir Khan PSA Series Challenger Squash Tournament following semi-final victories on Friday.

In the first semi-final at the Jahangir Khan Sports Club, Tayyab Aslam (Sui Northern Gas Company) defeated Varun Asif of Punjab 3-0. The match concluded in 22 minutes with scores of 11-2, 11-4 and 11-0.

The second semi-final saw Muhammad Imad (Air Force) overcome Saddam ul Haq (Army) 3-1 in a 49-minute contest. Imad secured victory with scores of 11-5, 6-11, 14-12 and 11-8.

The tournament final, featuring a $3,000 prize purse, will commence at 4:00 PM on Saturday.
