NAROWAL: Federal Minister of Defense Khwaja Muhammad Asif says those who raised slogans of ‘thieves’ themselves turned out to be involved in theft.

“It has happened for the first time in the political history of Pakistan that the approval of the theft incident was taken from the cabinet. Imran Khan, who called others thieves, has been proved to be a thief in the court today,” he said while talking to the media in Sialkot on Friday.

He was commenting on the accountability court verdict against Imran and Bushra Bibi in the 190m pounds. He said PTI founder Imran Khan getting punished by the court was disgraceful. He said that 190 million pounds belonged to the people of Pakistan, which was transferred to a personal account with collusion. He said that everything has become clear in the 190 million pounds case. He said that money has been consumed in the name of Al-Qadir University.

The defense minister said Imran and his wife Bushra Bibi are the trustees of four hundred and a half kanals of land. He said it has been four years since Al-Qadir University started and only 400 children study in the university. He said that there is no charter of Al-Qadir University and no application for affiliation has been given to the Higher Education Commission. He said that Al-Qadir is a fake university.1.

Khwaja Asif said when the leaders of PPP and PML-N were in jails at that time the crime was being committed to eat the stolen property. He said the money coming into Pakistan government’s account was deposited in someone else’s account. He said that these people had to fight with each other even over the stolen property.

He said 190 million pounds belonged to the people of Pakistan. He accused the founder of PTI of doing corruption in Shaukat Khanum hospital’s funds, adding that Farhat Shehzadi did not know how much money she went out with. He said that PTI founder involved in the theft had wronged the people.
