A SET of programmed instructions can develop an expert system (ES) in a prescribed logical way. Systematically, without having the profound knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI: it is the science of making computers do things that require intelligence when done by humans), the problem-solving software (or ES) and research-based systems can never be developed. While there are divert perceptional theories available in books to define AI, where each related professional puts his own description regarding it.

For developing an Expert System, programming languages become catalyst elements to make it possible, because a machine can always network with the user through the programmed instructions which are likely brought in execution by the competitive software engineers, computer scientists, and programmers.

And, however, an Expert System always operates on the basis of programmed knowledge-based database, which (database) is capable of diagnosing respiratory conditions, even identifying structure of the chemical compounds, and used by geologists to identify sites for drilling or mining, and can easily articulate the things with respect to the need of the user entity.

In addition, as developing a robot needs a pale of logic, here an ES is also of the same criterion to apply. And, an ES has no common sense as computers do have but, the logic of programmers have proved that a machine can do all that activities which are related to human, like reading a book, playing games, serving the lunch on the table, entertaining the customers, and reducing human efforts but it can only be possible if the logic of competitive programmers agrees to bring them all in this reality.

In this way all the products of programming languages like software (application software, and system software), robots, and an expert system, etc, are the members of one technological family which is aimed at servicing different entities like analysts/professionals, production entities, oil and gas explorers, as well as researchers on the nature of tasks to complete.

In my opinion, first the media should come forward to spread awareness regarding science and technology, especially ES, robots, software printing articles and telecasting programmes. Second, those international welfare organisations like Unesco, Unicef, UNDP and others should also make a designed strategy to implement the same programme in their circles by financially powering local NGOs.

Moreover, industrialists, well-heeled people, good-natured entities and national and international business communities should gear themselves up to make partnership at not-for profit condition with the government to put a smile on the nation’s face.
