KARACHI, Dec 7: The fourth edition of Agha Sports T20 cricket tournament begins from Saturday with Bank Islami taking on Burj Bank in the opening fixture at the Aga Khan Gymkhana Ground at 9:30am.

On the same day, South End Club will face defending champions Aga Khan Gymkhana at 1:30pm.

The tournament is being organized by Agha Sports with support of Telenor Pakistan.

According to chief organiser Naeem Madhani, 12 teams are participating in the event in four groups of three.

The other league matches will be played at the Aga Khan University Ground and the final to be the staged at the Aga Khan Gymkhana Ground.

Following are the pools: Group ‘A’: Aga Khan Gymkhana, Dubai Islamic Bank, South End Club.

Group ‘B’: Habib Bank Limited, Soneri Bank, Dubai Islamic Bank ‘A’.

Group ‘C’: Pakistan State Oil, KASB Bank, Telenor.

Group ‘D’: Bank Islami, Burj Bank, Faysal Bank.
