KARACHI: Hamdard University (HU) has signed memorandums of understanding (MoUs) with 30 different industrial organisations for collaboration in research and development, joint conferences, and placements.

According to a press release, the university’s Office of Research Innovation and Commercialisation (ORIC) organised an event at a local hotel, where a Centre of Excellence (CoE) was also launched for fruitful linkages between academia and industry.

The MoUs were signed with Bahria Foundation, Bosch Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Soorty Enterprises, Premium Textiles, Pharm Evo and other organisations.
