Request to FPSC

Published September 21, 2020

THE Federal Public Service Commission announced on Sept 9 that it would conduct tests for various posts that had been delayed owing to the Covid-19 pandemic.

According to FPSC policy, the presentation of the original fees challan or treasury receipt (TR) document is mandatory for every candidate to enter the premises where the examination is being held.

The majority of the candidates who will sit these exams are students who were living in hostels and had to vacate them in a hurry because of the lockdown and return to their homes. In addition because of the long duration that has elapsed between fee submission and the test, many candidates have lost these slips.

This is a request to the FPSC authorities to relax their policy for these exams and allow candidates to sit exams against the showing of original NICs. If the FPSC so desires, the candidates be ordered to resubmit their test fees after the tests are conducted.
