THIS refers to Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) customers who face problems when making correction in the bill. Customers are required to visit SSGC office to make even a small correction, which is unnecessary, for corrections can be made by email.

The SSGC should receive complaints of bill correction via email. An account holder should send the copy of the last paid bill and the current bill. The SSGC can the make correction after checking records before emailing the corrected bill to the account holder.

This will minimise the hassle a SSGC customer has to go through to make a correction to the bill.
