PESHAWAR: The Federal Investigation Agency has arrested two staff members of Pakistan International Airlines for smuggling gold outside the country.
A statement issued by FIA on Sunday said that the agency arrested two PIA staff members, including Nasir Khan and Shahidullah, at Bacha Khan International Airport. They added that the accused persons were smuggling 7,740 grams of gold outside the country.
The statement also said that both the PIA staff members were deputed at BKIA, adding that they were being interrogated.
