THATTA: Three youths lost their lives when the motorcycle they were riding rammed into a truck along Thatta-Sujawal Bypass on Friday.

The victims were identified as Jaffar Brohi, son of Mohammad Yaqub, a resident of Haji Noor Mohammad Brohi village, and his two companions, Zulfiqar Ramzan Jakhro and Abbas Asghar Jakhro. They died on the spot, according to the area police.

SUP activist’s brother shot dead

A man was shot dead after a quarrel between two groups of the local Khushk community took place while they were playing in a gaming shop in Makli on Friday.

The victim, Ayaz Khushk, happened to be brother of Sindh United Party’s Thatta district president, Imran Khushk.

It was said that the two groups indulged in a heated argument during which one resorted to firing, killing Ayaz.

Two suspects were detained for interrogation after the incident.
