CLASS ENVIRONMENT: Respect and thoughtfulness are critical in an educational setting. Immature people make fun of the educational process, disrespect others, and ignore the sentiments of their peers. This conduct not only disturbs the class, but also fosters an unpleasant environment. Demeaning others and treating them badly may sound amusing to some people, but it actually shows a lack of social maturity and emotional intelligence. Creating an environment that is both positive and inclusive in the class- room is essential for effective learning. People who behave in a disrespectful manner not only hinder their own growth, but also of the peers around them.
