KARACHI: Another round of five-over 77 was enough for Humna Amjad to lift the Sindh Golf Association Ladies Amateur Championship title here at the Karachi Golf Course on Sunday.

The national champion, a one handicapper, matched her score from Saturday’s penultimate round to finish on 18-over 234, for a three-shot victory over Daniah Syed in the handicap category 0-12.

Trailing Humna by five strokes heading into the third and final round, three-handicapper Daniah fired a 75 to lift her to the net title.

Tabassum Sharif came out on top in the two-round contest in the handicap category 13-24. An 85 lifted her to 174 with Sana Zeeshan claiming the net honours. Sadia Asim won the handicap category 25-36 with a two-round aggregate of 219 while Shaheen Warraich was the net winner.
