It is a great fortune of GB region to have such a competent police chief as that of Mr. Sanaullah Abbasi. In his tenure, the incumbent IG has left no stone unturned to fight the war against extremism. His endeavors to curb the menace of drugs in the region is notworthy. He has wowed made the GB region drugs free. Law and order has improved to such an extent that now people are feeling unbelievably safe in an area once thought to be the main hub of sectarian unrest and turmoil. His name would be remembered in the times ahead for his people friendly policies in which the masses once in their life time are veiwing the GB police a model of cooperation rather than a tool to persecute them. The current initiative of establishing complaints cells would mitigate their legals woes to a larger extent and to provide them the occasion to seek the help the state in case of any trouble.

Very good move, entire country need that.

But there is no system or cells to curb nepotism and corruption in GB. This tool must not be used to intimidated the youth.
