Suspicious loiterer in IIUI

ISLAMABAD, Dec 13: A 25-year-old, involved in suspicious activities was arrested from International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI), on Thursday.

According to police sources, management of IIUI informed the police that they caught the 25-year-old, while sitting in class and making a movie of the teacher. The management further expressed doubt whether the individual was a terrorist or not.

Sabzi Mandi Police immediately reached the university and arrested the youngster.

Relevant police officer while talking to Dawn said that during the investigation the youth disclosed that he hailed from Sargodha and had come to Islamabad as a tourist. He was in Shah Faisal Mosque, from where he hopped on to the IIUI bus and reached the new campus, inconspicuously. Once inside, he made his way inside a classroom and started filming the professor with his cell phone camera.

The police have registered a case of loitering against the 25-year-old and presently he is in custody.
