After three highly successful and widely popular seasons of The Suite Life and the same of The Suite Life on Deck, fans were still reluctant to say goodbye to their favourite twins, resulting in Disney to finally releasing The Suite Life movie. The Sprouse twins, Dylan and Cole Sprouse reprise the roles of celebrated Zack and Cody Martin along with London, Bailey and Mr Moseby.

The movie is set when the last spring break before graduation is about to begin and Cody is planning to go on an internship at a well-known biological research centre that would eventually lead him to a scholarship at Yale. However, he is scared to break this news to Bailey, as she has big plans of spending the last spring break with him. Zack offers his help to Cody, but he not only ends up in breaking up Bailey and Cody, but also gets Cody fired from his internship on the very first day. Cody, desperate to get the scholarship ends up accepting another internship where is being done on twins and their behaviour.

Resentfully, he has to take Zack along otherwise he would not be allowed to take part in the research. The twins stand out among the other pairs of twins as the only ones who don’t get along at all. Soon Zack and Cody start to feel each others’ physical and emotional experiences. They welcome this new change, as it makes them understand and know each other in a better way and it clears a few misunderstandings between them. But the research does not stop here. They unearth the evil plans of research supervisor, Dr Olsen, who intends enslave all the twins and make them obey whatever he wants. Are they too late to save themselves and all the others?
