Haqqani`s mother dies

RAWALPINDI, Aug 14 The mother of Husain Haqqani, the ambassador to the United States, died here on Saturday. She was 90.

Saeeda Saleem Haqqani was a prominent educator in Karachi. She belonged to a noble family from Ambala. Her funeral prayer was held after Zuhr prayers in Rawalpindi's Army Graveyard.—APP
