KARACHI Private television channel Geo News network has been blocked in most areas of Karachi, according to a report in The News.
According to the report no reasons were given before the transmission was blocked and people were calling the channel's headquarters on Monday to inquire about the action.
Last time the Geo network had been blocked was when the November 3, 2008 emergency had been implemented and allowed to air again after over two months.
