TEHERAN: Wide-ranging talks between Shahanshah Aryamehr Mohammad Raza Shah Pehlavi of Iran and Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto … began here today [Oct 1] in which the two leaders discussed economic and regional problems.
