DERA ISMAIL KHAN: The district judiciary of Dera Ismail Khan has set up four specialised units to enhance institutional efficiency, transparency and service delivery.

Spearheaded by the district and sessions judge, Dr Syed Anees Badshah Bukhari, the initiative introduces case management unit, financial and budget management unit, human resource unit and general administration unit. Each unit has been established with a clearly defined mandate, structured reporting lines and a focus on task-specific specialisation.

As part of its inaugural activities, the human resource unit, in collaboration with the senior civil judge, Yasir Hussain, organised a capacity-building workshop for process servers and bailiffs -- key para-legal personnel responsible for the execution of court orders and delivery of legal notices.

The training session was presided over by the district and sessions judge, Dr Syed Anees Badshah Bukhari.
