MEANINGLESS CONFLICT: No country has ever used brutal force to defend itself the way Israel has been doing for months now. It is occupying territories, destroying infrastructure and bombing civilians constantly and blatantly. Certainly, there is no such example in the civilised world. Are the Israelis living a life in peace while being in a constant state of war for over 70 years? Or is the Zionist Israel not worried about the Israelis as well? They must understand that if nothing has changed in the last 70 years, then nothing will change in the next 100. The cycle of hate will keep repeating itself. The ‘Free Palestine’ voices around the world will only get louder and stronger.

SPONSORED TERRORISM: The terrorist state of Zionist Israel is committing savage acts of genocide in Gaza with the support of the United States and its allies. This is a clear mani- festation of state-sponsored terrorism; only worse as the state is getting a lot of support from its backers. This is a clear case of selective application of international laws and charters framed by the self-proclaimed champions of human rights. The alarming part is the indifferent attitude of the member states of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). The global response to the ongoing holocaust reminds one of the Roman arena where the so-called civilised gentry used to enjoy bloodbath from the sidelines. Man has yet to learn from the ignominious end that became the fate of the Roman Empire.

MADE IN PAKISTAN: The government has decided to use LED bulbs for saving electricity. At present, billions of rupees are spent on their imports. Local assembly and manufacturing services should be encouraged through tax and other incentives for such essential and valuable items to achieve some level of self-reliance and save some foreign currency. Besides, a functional industry would naturally lead to more and better employment opportunities for the locals.
