According to a spokesman for the police, two trucks coming in from the Darazinda area were stopped in the limits of the Daraban police station and 3,025 litres of Iranian diesel was recovered from each of them.

He said a police team led by Kulachi Circle SDPO Abdul Rasheed Khan took truck drivers Neematullah and Haider Khan, both residents of Zhob, into custody.

A smuggling case was later registered against them.
