ISLAMABAD: Minister for Federal Education Shafqat Mahmood on Monday praised student Zohan Hasan Tariq for securing 340 out of 340 marks in the Graduate Record Examination (GRE).
The student was greeted by the minister at his office. During the meeting, Mr Mahmood applauded the student for his achievement and wished him good luck.
Mr Tariq, 25, is a graduate of National University of Sciences and Technology (Nust). He also appeared in the Central Superior Services (CSS) exam held in February this year and is waiting for the results.
He is the grandson of former Water and Power Development Authority (Wapda) chairman Engineer Shamsul Mulk.
