KARACHI: The Sindh High Court directed on Friday the traffic police to ensure that no illegal parking was set up on the roads in Saddar.
A two-judge bench of SHC headed by Justice Irfan Saadat Khan directed the DIG traffic to submit a report explaining under what authority a contractor was allowed to charge parking fee. “Adverse inference can be drawn against him if no appropriate action is taken”, the bench warned the DIG.
