TOBA TEK SINGH: Four members of a family died in a road accident in the Gojra area on Thursday.

Gojra Saddar police said Falak Sher of Chak 156-GB Pidri was returning home from Faisalabad along with his wife, Javeria Parveen, daughter Alisha, 6, son Ramzan, 5, and father Iqrar Husain. When they reached near Chak 281-JB, Dawakhri, on Gojra-Faisalabad road, a tractor-trolley loaded with potatoes coming from the opposite direction hit their motorcycle.

As a result of the collision, Falak Sher and his both children died on the spot while Javeria and Iqrar were shifted to the Faisalabad Allied Hospital. At this hospital, Iqrar also succumbed to injuries while Javeria’s condition was stated to be critical.

The tractor-trolley driver escaped after the accident while his vehicle had been impounded by police.
