LAHORE, Nov 19 Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah Khan says the possibility of terrorists hiding in the guise of beggars cannot be ruled out.

Talking to the media after a seminar on prevention of child abuse at a hotel here on Thursday, he said the strategy the provincial government adopted to tackle terrorism proved to be a success.

About Transparency International's negative report about the police department, the minister said it was not a divine report and added that the reforms introduced by the incumbent government changed impression about the department.

“We should depend on local analyses of departments' performance instead of looking toward the West for this purpose,” Khan added.
