I WROTE a few years back about the problem faced by people when they go to drop some of their passengers at railway stations. The entry fee is charged even though you don't have to park the vehicle.
The railway authorities were kind to take note of it and a separate lane was marked for the vehicles which come to station for drop only.
Now once again I see that they charge parking fee from the cars which are not parked even. Can the authorities define what is meant by parking fee. The vehicle comes there, stops and stands still for a couple of minutes and pay the parking fee.
This is injustice because vehicles are not parked. The mafia at stations uses harsh words if a gentleman objects or argues. They also threaten people with dire consequences. Officials do not pay any heed as they also stand to benefit.
Will railway authorities take notice of this extra unwanted tax paid by people and relieve them with a drop lane once again.
