ISLAMABAD: A delegation from Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) visited Centaurus Mall on Friday to view Islamic relics on display.

Badshahi Mosque’s khateeb was also present at the display which includes pieces of Kiswat al-Kaaba, Parda Babul Kaaba, Chadar Roza-e-Rasool, key to the Kaaba along with other relics associated with the history of Islam. The 10-day exhibition will conclude on July 3.

The delegation, led by its president Ahmed Waheed, was received by the mall’s senior management.The exhibition is anticipated to bring consolation to residents of the twin cities amid the pandemic.

The exhibition was inaugurated on June 24 by Federal Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Pir Noorul Haq Qadri. Federal Secretary Sardar Ejaz Jaffar, PBOI Chairman Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan, retired Admiral Abdul Aziz Mirza, Chaudhry Naseer and others attended the occasion.
