MY PTCL internet has been slow for almost two months now. I have registered complaints on the PTCL helpline 1218. Instead of an internet speed of 5mbps as per my subscribed package, they continue providing me a speed of 1mbps.

The PTCL has been billing me for a 5mbps internet package. The issue has not been resolved and after a few days, my earlier complaint was dismissed. When the reason for the closure was sought, the helpline registered a new complaint. On July 31, they sent me a new complaint number 18. I ask the authorities to solve this issue.
