PESHAWAR, Oct 5: The Advanced Studies and Research Board of the University of Peshawar has approved a PhD research proposal of Salman Anwar for Russia, China and Central Asia.
Mr Anwar, a PhD research scholar at Area Study Centre, will write his PhD thesis on ‘Impact of Karakoram Highway on the socio-economic development of Gilgit-Baltistan region of Pakistan’.
According to a press release issued here, Dr Attaur Rehman will supervise his PhD research. The scholar has sought suggestions for his PhD research from the academicians and researchers.
