KARACHI: Rangers in Karachi conducted a targeted operation late night on Tuesday in Karachi’s Baloch Para area located at Jahangir Road, DawnNews reported.
Five suspects were arrested and weapons were recovered by the police during the operation.
According to sources, the arrested suspects, Aurangzeb aka Ameer Baba and Umeir aka KK, were involved in extortion.
Moreover, Kalri police registered an FIR against the suspects involved in the killing of a police official, Taj Mohammad, after kidnapping him.
The accused were charged for killing, an attempt of murder and counter terrorism.
