LAHORE, Oct 29: A hat-trick by Ghulam Abbas steered Faisalabad to an impressive 7-2 win against Peshawar on the third day of the 2nd PHF Junior Super League here on Friday. Abbas found the cage in the 13th, 15th and 69th minutes, all cashing in on the field efforts.

Aleem Bilal (2nd min), Mudassar Ali (18th), Mohammad Mohsin (28th) and Dilawar (31st) were the other scorers for the winners.

For the losers, both the goals were scored by Karim in 52nd and 63rd minutes respectively.

Two goals each by Mohammad Umair (22nd, 29th min) and Nohaiz Zahid Malik (46th, 47th minute) helped Sialkot outclass Islamabad 5-1.

Arsalan Qadir added one goal for the winners.

For Islamabad the scorer was Shahzad.

Earlier, late on Thursday, Faisalabad defeated PHF Academy 2-1 to remain unbeaten so far.

Mohsib Sabir struck twice for the winners, while Hafiz Rizwan Ali scored the solitary for the losers.
