HYDERABAD, Oct 13: A judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, India, Justice V. Eswaraiah, has called upon the people of Pakistan and India to play their due role for universal peace, harmony and development which is an urgent need for people of both nations.

He was visiting the Institute of Sindhology at the University of Sindh on Thursday.

The purpose of his visit is to promote peace and love among the people of Pakistan and India.

Justice V. Eswaraiah accompanied by his wife went around various galleries of the Sindhology and appreciated its contribution for promotion of heritage and culture.

He said it was also need of the hour to preserve and promote old values among societies universally.

He said that the governments of Pakistan and Indian must concentrate on real development of their people which was human development.

He said that the two countries were spending a lot of money on defence budget.

He said both the governments should concentrate on education, health, industry and agriculture sectors for the welfare of their people.

The registrar of the University of Sindh, Dr Saeed Ahmed Soomro, and in charge director of the Institute of Sindhology briefed the visiting guest about working of Sindhology.
