LAHORE: A man was shot dead allegedly by unknown persons in Chuhng on Saturday.

Police said Imran, 34, of Deena Nath village was going somewhere when unknown persons opened fire at him. He suffered critical wounds and died on the spot. The suspects fled the scene.

Police and forensic teams approached collected evidence and recorded statements of eyewitnesses.

Police later shifted the body to morgue for autopsy and registered a case.
