LAHORE: Bahawalpur seized the NBP T20 Blind Cricket Trophy Grade-I after defeating Islamabad by 34 runs in the final here at Lahore Gymkhana on Wednesday.

Batting first, Bahawalpur totalled a huge 205-6 in the allotted 20 overs with Mohammad Rashid smashing 54 and Moin Ali contributing 25.

In their chase, Islamabad could muster 171-6 in the stipulated overs. Anees Javed struck an impressive 62 but his effort went in vain.
