Hockey in Turbat

Published January 4, 2016

HOCKEY is being neglected owing to the popularity of cricket. The Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) is not doing enough to promote this game countrywide. Turbat, being the second biggest city of Balochistan, doesn’t have a single hockey stadium where those who are interested in hockey could demonstrate their talent.

At the domestic level, no tournament is organised in Turbat. The government and the PHF should promote hockey.
