KARACHI, Sept 24: Foundation Public School (FPS) beat Generation School by seven wickets in the Askari Intermediate Inter-school cricket tournament at the KPI Ground on Wednesday.

The highlights of the match were a hat trick by FPS’s Waqar who claimed four for 14 and an unbeaten 60 by Zohaib Anjum.

In matches played on Tuesday, Socrates School defeated Progressive Public School (PPS) by eight wickets at KPI Ground while DHA ‘A’ Level School beat St Lawrence’s School by seven wickets at PAD Park.

Socrates School beat PPS by eight wickets.

PPS 67 in 17 overs (Aamir Ashraf 22; Owais Jumani 5-10, Owais Yar Khan 2-16);
