Such incidents are not new In a society where such of our leaders rule the country. Dost Mohammad Khosa's wife Sapna, Hamza Shahbaz's Ayesha Ahad and a host of similar cases speak of the type of present rulers.We are fed up of seeing photos of our (so called) leaders in electronic and print media. People want to see their photos lying motionless in mortuaries.

Were the accusations just to malign? Medical examinations should be compulsory in such cases so at least the evidence is gathered. Should not the court order inquiry and ascertain whether the girl's deviation from original (written) complaint was under any pressure or not ? If not under any pressure then the girl should be booked for deviation and maligning the sons of PML -N member. How can any one deviate after lodging written complaint without any reason is a big question which needs to be answered.

A credible Police force would investigate the matter further to establish why the sudden change of story. Either the girl lied in which case she should be prisoned, or she was paid off, in which case the police should pursue those involved and bring them to justice...

Why did the girl refused to be examined by a medical doctor? If in fact she had filed false case of rape then she should be booked and send to jail if proven that she falsely accused the sons.

I am myself victim when I was Implicated in such false FIR with my father/ Brothers while actually the had some illicit relations with my cousin. How does one withdraw a FIR. This needs to be investigated. 2014 is the year of FIR starting with the Lahore Model Town Massacre where the victims have not been allowed to file a FIR.

The intial reports indicated that a medical was carried out and it was confirmed by CPO Mr Sohail Tajik which confirms that girl in question is been gang rape and police want to carry out DNA test to determine the culphrits ? I am bemused How a senior police officer do a 360 degree u turn? The girl in question should went to any NGO or human right lawyer who can pursue her case and as a politicaI point scoring the local PTI people should highlighted the incident.

@Khan-Haqiqi In the absence of a functioning and legitimate court system that can investigate the reality, we have to go with whatever is most likely the case. Anyone with experience of these cases in Pakistan knows what is going on. The excuses that people make for Farooq are preposterous. If we just suspend judgment, that means anyone can get away with such heinous conduct.

And this is not the first incidence of this type in the past year. There have been other news reports that have been published and it seems that this behavior is now more visible in MNA / MPA related families than in the previous government.

NS if you are really serious about being the PM, you should call the accused MNA in person and ask him about the details. NS should tell the MNA to let the police register an FIR and not interfere in the investigation. He should also ask the MNA to resign for the reputation of PML-N.

Your great Rana Sanaullah said on tv that girl was asking for money which was not given and she filed a complaint and then she withdrew her complaint after taking money. Now again, lets suppose its true. Can any one tell why the sons of MNA gave money and why they dint face the inquiry. Why police dint arrest them after and complaint? then ppl like talal chohdary and Rana Sanaullah jumed into the pool saying actual MNA is a very nice person and so is true for his sons but nobody from the party said that there should be an inquiry.
