LAHORE: Pakistan Awami Tehrik leader Dr Tahirul Qadri has announced returning to Pakistan from Canada in July this year.

The announcement was made during Dr Qadri's address through video link from Canada to 25th foundation day ceremony of the party here on Sunday.

He also announced forming a Council of Democrats that would work for 'bringing a revolution' in the country. He promised 'change' in the country within a month of that 'revolution'.
