Oil prices have jumped nearly 5 per cent, hitting a two-week high after President Donald Trump warned Iran that the United States will likely engage in additional strikes tonight, adding that they might take over Kharg Island as well, Reuters reports.
Brent crude futures are up $3.81, or 5.14pc, to $77.97 a barrel as of 1339 GMT (6:29pm PKT), while US West Texas Intermediate crude has climbed $3.36, or 4.77pc, to $73.80 a barrel.
