Four killed in Peshawar clash

PESHAWAR: As many as four persons were killed in an exchange of fire in Wazir Qala area here on Sunday, police said.

The incident took place in the limits of Daudzai police station. Firing started between Haider Haji and Jameel groups after an exchange of hot words over a property dispute. As a result, Nawaz Khan, Haider, Saleh and Azad were killed on the spot, a police official said.

The bodies have been shifted to a hospital for postmortem and raids are being conducted to arrest the accused, he added.
