PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa caretaker government in a major reshuffle of senior bureaucracy on Friday transferred 45 officers including additional chief secretary and several administrative secretaries.

A notification issued by the establishment department said that ACS Planning and Development Ikramullah Khan has been transferred and directed to report to the establishment department while Zubair Asghar Qureshi, senior member Board of Revenue, has been transferred and posted ACS P&D.

Mahmood Hassan, principal secretary to the KP governor, has been transferred and directed to report to the establishment department while Mazhar Irsahd on his arrival from the federal government has been posted principal secretary to the governor.

Secretary climate change, forestry and environment department Mohammad Abid Majeed has been transferred and posted as secretary home and tribal affairs department while secretary inter-provincial coordination department Syed Nazar Hussain Shah has been transferred and posted as secretary climate change and forestry department. Secretary home and tribal affairs department Khushal Khan has been directed to report to the establishment department.

Mahmood Alsam awaiting posting at the establishment department has been posted as secretary health department. Arshad Khan, secretary information department, has been directed to report to the establishment department, while Mukhtiar Ahmed, secretary livestock, fisheries and cooperative department, has been transferred and posted as secretary information department.

Syed Zaheerul Islam Shah, secretary local government and rural development department has been directed to report to the establishment department while Amer Afaq, special secretary home and tribal affairs department, has been posted as secretary LG&RD. Secretary public health engineering Mohammad Idress has been directed to report to the establishment department while Mohammad Khalid, secretary information technology department, has been transferred and posted as secretary public health engineering.

The services of Shah Mahmood, secretary planning and development department, have been repatriated to the federal government while Khayyam Hassan Khan, managing director, Lissail-i-Wal Mahroom Foundation, has been transferred and posted as secretary P&D.

Secretary administration Khalid Ilyas services have been placed at the disposal of the establishment department while Manzoor Ahmed, director, Staff Training Institute, has been posted as secretary administration department.

Aamer Latif, secretary mines and minerals department, has been directed to report to the establishment department while Hameedullah Shah, additional secretary education department, has been posted as secretary mines and minerals department. Similarly, secretary culture and tourism department Mohammad Tahir Orakzai has been directed to report to the establishment department while Mohammad Shahid Sohail Khan, secretary auqaf, haj and minority affairs, has been posted as secretary culture and tourism department.

Secretary excise and taxation department Adeel Shah has been directed to report to the establishment department while Ihsanullah, member board of revenue has been transferred and posted as secretary excise and taxation.

Secretary Higher Education department Dawood Khan has been nominated for National Management Course while Aneela Mahfooz Durrani has been posted secretary HED.

Amber Ali Khan, secretary housing department, has been transferred and posted as secretary livestock, fisheries and cooperatives department while Rashid Khan has been posted as secretary housing department.

Matiullah Khan, awaiting posting, has been posted as secretary industries while Mohammad Fakhr Alam has been posted as secretary labour department. Besides, Abdul Basit has been posted as secretary relief, rehabilitation and settlement department while director general Peshawar Development Authority Fayyaz Ali Shah has been directed to report to the establishment department.

Ijaz Afzal, chief engineer PDA has been posted DG PDA while director general health Dr Shaukat Ali has been directed to report to the health department. Dr Jamal Nasir, director Provincial Health Services Academy, has been transferred and posted as DG Health.

Mustafa Kamal has been posted as DG mines and minerals, while secretary agriculture Mohammad Israr has been transferred and directed to report to the establishment department.

Mohammad Javed Marwat on the other hand has been posted as secretary agriculture department while Dr Asad Ali has been posted as secretary auqaf, haj and minority affairs department.
