OKARA: Senior civil judge Malik Javed Iqbal on Wednesday handed down three-year imprisonment with a fine of Rs50,000 to a teenager who raped a boy.

The court convicted the 19-year-old resident of 45/2L village for raping a sixth class student in 2018.

The convict will pay Rs50,000 fine or undergo one-month additional imprisonment in case of default.

Police arrested him in court and sent him to district jail.
