LAHORE: Three more matches were decided on the second day of the Kabaddi World Cup (Indigenous style) at the Punjab Stadium here on Monday.

Defending champions India were outstanding in their 62-28 win against Germany while Iran were equally dominant in a 57-27 triumph against England.

In the last match of the day, Australia fought hard to beat Canada 48-37.

It may be mentioned that in the teams of Australia, Canada, England and Germany are made up of a number of players from Indian and Pakistani diaspora.
