Craving for some chocolate cake and want it right now? We’ve got a easy recipe of an eggless mug cake that is ready in minutes and is super soft and yummy. Again, this is a recipe that any child can make on their own without mothers worrying about safety issues as it is made in the microwave.

• 3 tablespoons milk

• 1 tablespoon oil

• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

• 2 chocolate chip cookies

• 1 tablespoon chocolate chips

Method

Mix all the dry ingredients first, then add milk, oil, vanilla essence and mix well with a spoon until no lumps remain in the batter. Crush the chocolate chip cookie and add to the batter.

Add chocolate chips and mix lightly. Pour the batter in a microwave proof mug or cup. This mug cake becomes really soft and fluffy so don’t fill till the top with the batter, to allow it some space to rise.

Sprinkle some more chocolate chips on top, and cook for one minute and 30 seconds.

Enjoy as it is or use any topping of your choice. I wanted to enjoy the double chocolate chip goodness, so I skipped any topping.
