NOWSHERA, Jan 4: The additional district and sessions judge Nowshera has ordered registration of FIR against former SHO of Azakhel police station on charges of stealing oil from Nato tanker.

The judge, Mahmudul Hassan Khattak, ordered the district police officer to register FIR against former SHO Mir Hassan on an application of Shakir, a resident of Landi Kotal, Khyber Agency, who had alleged that the SHO had stolen oil for the tankers near Peerpai area of Nowshera.

In the application, the complainant alleged that the SHO took the tanker to the police station and stole oil worth Rs10 million.
