LAHORE: The Hanjarwal police arrested a school principal for allegedly sexually harassing a Class IV minor female student.

The minor girl’s mother, in her complaint to the police alleged that the suspect, was involved in immoral activities and had been sexually harassing her 11-year-old daughter, a Class IV student at a private school, for the last two months.

She further alleged that the suspect threatened the minor girl of dire consequences if she reported the sexual abuse to her parents.

Acting on the complaint, a police team reached the school, questioned the principal and then took him into custody after having confirmation of the allegations.

A case was lodged against the school principal on the complaint of the girl’s mother.
