HYDERABAD: One bogie of the Pak Business Train derailed near the Hyderabad station on Thursday, causing panic among passengers.

Railway officials said that the Karachi-bound train had started its journey from Punjab.

When it was approaching the Hyderabad station, one of its bogies derailed while the train was changing its track, they said.

Local railway officials, along with a crane, labourers, relevant equipment and machinery rushed to the site.

The work to put the bogie back on track was carried out before the train was given green signal to resume its journey after a delay of about three hours.
