KARACHI: A young man died after falling into an uncovered manhole in the SITE area on Tuesday evening, officials said.
They said that the man was passing through the Ghani Chowrangi area when he fell into the open drain.
Rescue-1122 official Hassaan Khan said that the manhole was connected with a sewerage line. Divers were called in and they managed to retrieve the body.
The victim, who was in his early 20s, could not be identified till late in the night.
