Essential tips for a spectacular picnic

This is regarding the article “Fun in the sun, essential tips for spectacular picnic” by Sehrish Naz, (YW, June 10). The article was super cool! It had interesting suggestions related to going on a picnic. The best part was that it detailed the different places where you can have a picnic, like by the lake, in a park, or even at the beach.

I appreciate the writer for sharing such a great idea with us. It’s summer vacation and everyone is in a vacation mood, so picnics are the best thing to do right now. I can’t wait to plan my own awesome picnic adventure!

The article “Fun in the sun, essential tips for a spectacular picnic” by Sehrish Naz was an excellent guide that provided valuable information on planning a memorable picnic outing. What I particularly liked about the article was its comprehensive coverage of various picnic locations, such as lakesides, parks and beaches.

The article also emphasised the importance of keeping a safety kit handy during picnics and being prepared for any unexpected or unpleasant situations that may arise. By having a well-equipped safety kit readily available, we can ensure our own protection and take necessary measures to handle any challenges that may come our way.

Adverse effect of peer pressure

This is regarding the story “The adverse effects of peer pressure”, by Hamna Shakeel (YW, 10 June). The article sheds light on the harmful consequences of succumbing to peer pressure.

Pressuring friends into engaging in negative behaviours is not a healthy practice. Unfortunately, many youngsters and adults encourage their friends to indulge in activities like smoking and other harmful actions, putting their emotional and physical health at risk. It is essential for us to intervene when our friends try to force others for doing any wrong deed.

The story “The adverse effects of peer pressure” by Hamna Shakeel really shocked me and made me a bit sad. It taught me that peer pressure can be really bad and can affect us for a long time.

The story talked about how smoking cigarettes can be harmful and how some kids are forced to bully others. These are things we should never do or let others make us do. I hope the YW team will publish more stories like this to help us understand important things that can impact our lives.
