LOWER DIR: District and Sessions Judge Phool Bibi has said that the role of employees of court cannot be ignored in provision of justice to people.
She was addressing a farewell party held on the transfer of Additional Sessions Judge Nusrat Naz and Civil Judge Syed Abbas Bukhari here the other day.
Ms Phool Bibi lauded the role of judicial employees and said that their role in the system was of great importance. She said that judiciary was the first and last hope of the nation. She added that legal fraternity and judicial employees all had to play their active and positive role for maintenance of the system.
Ms Nusrat Naz praised the performance of judicial employees and thanked them for remembering her on her transfer. She said that lawyers and judicial employees in Lower Dir helped the judges in provision of justice to the oppressed.
Representing the judicial employees, Peer Imtiaz Ahmad said that they had been performing their duty with utmost honesty to maintain the dignity of the judiciary.
Shields and souvenirs were presented to Ms Nusrat Naz and Syed Abbas Bukhari on the occasion.
The district bar Timergara and judicial officers also arranged farewell parties to honour the transferred judges and presented shields to them.
