Quaid-i-Azam and the Pakistani youth

This is regarding the article “Quaid-i-Azam and the Pakistani youth” by Mohammad Majid Shafi (YW, December 24). It was a wonderful article, full of motivational sayings by our respected leader Quaid-i-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah.

The article conveyed how significant the youth were for the Quaid, who always took them seriously and how he encouraged them to get education and stand firm in the struggle for the creation of this land.

Parents are our priority

This is with reference to the article “Parents are our priority” by Muhammad Ibrahim Shafi (YW , December 17). Parents are blessings from God.

They bring us up with lots of love and care. They fulfil our demands and sacrifice their lives for our happiness. We should respect our parents and give first priority to them.

The writer has mentioned some common but, most needed, suggestions such as not scolding them, or speaking to them in a loud voice, never disobey them and always do as they please and prefer their opinion over ours.

Always make sure that you have loved and cared for your parents and looked after them when they need you the most.

The article “Parents are our priority” by Muhammad Ibrahim Shafi highlighted the importance of parents in children’s life. It was a worth reading article.

There is no doubt that parents help us in every step of our life, they give knowledge in several ways; they give love, care and shelter; they teach us and are always ready to sacrifice their lives for our well-being. We should respect them and their decisions. Remember, people who always treat their parents as their priority never have any regrets in life.
